- During shipping,

- In transit the
manufacturer's packaging was damaged, but the contents were unharmed.
- The product was
returned without the original packaging materials (dj tronix supplies new
packaging).
- The product was
returned without its owner's manual, original box, wires, remotes, scratched
rack ears, dents.
- The product was
returned and then repaired, re-packaged to meet our high standards.
- Factory
refurbished, b-stock to meet our high standards.
- Store demo item,
in a working condition.
NO MATTER WHAT THE
REASON, THEY STILL CARRY WARRANTY AS A NEW UNIT.
