The hinged panel mounting frame shall pivot to 90 degrees with an absolute stop providing rear access to equipment for punch-down interconnects while in the fully open position. The rack shall be constructed of heavy duty certified U.S. steel with a black semi-gloss powder epoxy finish and load capacity of 40 lbs. It shall feature one pair of fixed position mounting rails tapped 10-32 on E.I.A. spacing, integral tie loop points, and an open rear to facilitate mounting over and around existing wall obstructions.
